About the role:

• Digital & Brand Strategy - You will be responsible for strategizing and executing content, digital marketing and online advertising across websites, search, social media, bloggers, influencers and content sites, primarily for MediaQart and also some of our key clients to ensure maximum ROI pursuant to business objectives defined.
• Campaign Planning, Executions & Measurement - Digital Campaigns will have to be strategized, created and rolled out on various platforms across content, affiliates, influencers, search, social, ad networks. Campaign Ideas will have to be crafted, and executed as per stakeholder feedback. Campaign performance will have to be tracked and measured as per details of ROI.
• Digital Media Management - Media planning of all digital advertising requirements for the company and its end clients. This will require the individual to build relationships with all the major advertising platforms and ad networks to get the most valued deals for our clients and the company.
• Market Research - Study the market regularly to maintain their knowledge of audience trends and consumer behavior, as well as performing competitor research to stay abreast of what marketing channels are trending. Also, gather data and information using different methods, such as questionnaires, focus groups, or market analysis surveys, which can then be used to optimize campaigns to target specific audiences.
• Webinars and Presentations - The role involves creations of presentations and delivering webinars around various topics of interest to our end clients, revolving around online advertising and digital marketing. The candidate should be good at making presentations and presenting them with confidence.

What you’ll need:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant digital media planning experience.
• A solid understanding of campaign principles, coupled with a strong commercial drive and the ability to deliver high-value activities that deliver return on investment, ensuring alignment with brand and risk management.
• A desire to embrace and drive change whilst identifying and supporting process improvements and demonstrating best practice.
• Operations Experience: Role requires an analytical, structured approach gained through solid experience. The candidate must have a good and solid knowledge about.
• Search Engine Optimisation including Keyword research, analysis and methods to increase keyword density, on page and off page optimisation including backlinking. Use of SEO tools to increase efficiency in this domain.
• Google Adwords, Display Network and Facebook Business Manager.
• Online Reputation Management.
• Experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms/tool sets including but not limited to Omniture, Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics, HootSuite, etc.

What you'll need:

• The primary responsibility is to work as the software architect and create detailed architecture, wireframes, coding frameworks and patterns and class structures to enable development of the various products being developed at Mediaqart.com.
• Understanding business processes and creating a technical requirements document to enable software development.
• Researching third party advertising platforms and their APIs, so that execution architecture for the same can be created and explained to the development teams.
• Working with the project managers to ensure the team follows the assigned project pipeline and tasks and report completion or issues to ensure escalations in an organized workflow.
• Creating a list of software development milestones and a detailed breakdown of individual tasks to be assigned to development team members.
• Guiding the development team and helping them understand the business process so that the development can address the requirements effectively.
• Forecasting a delivery timeline of project milestones and highlighting deviations if any.
• Acting as a single point co-ordinator between the development, UX, content and marketing teams and will be responsible for ensuring software development of the product matches stakeholder requirements.
• Ensuring Documentation of all software modules and processes as per required documentation guidelines.

What you'll need:

• Should have excellent knowledge and experience in ASP.net, C#, SQL Server, Jquery, Angular, relevant mobile technologies, Cloud Hosting platforms like Google Cloud, Azure or AWS.
• Should have good experience in development frameworks and technologies to guide the product development accordingly.
• Should have experience and a good understanding in product development and creating software architecture of complex software products.
• Sufficient knowledge of online advertising and relevant platforms like google, facebook, linkedin and other prominent ad networks is expected.
• Development of machine learning, data analytics or other related algorithms will be an added advantage.
• Should have experience in translating business processes to software development architecture and should be able to empathize with target users and solve usability issues that they might encounter while using the software.

About you & what you’ll do:

• Work with the Design Lead to design & deliver projects end to end, from initial concept through shipping and beyond.
• You have the flair of craftsmanship to produce the designs for websites, product graphics, social media and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates, infographics etc.
• Consult with marketing, copy-writing and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our corporate cultures and goals.
